Stress can affect us all differently and for many there has been and may continue to be an insurmountable amount of stress as we navigate our way through this pandemic. During this time it is so important to care for yourselves including working out how to best manage your own stress levels to prevent secondary issues like Diarrhea and tummy upset which for some can also lead to feacal incontinence. Fun for the day - cycling selfies! And also had my socialisation smiling and saying good morning to at least 30 others also out exercising. Now heading into day 2 of a 3 day online course about Anorectal Pelvic Floor Disorders. It was supposed to be in Melbourne but with the current situation I have 3 very full days of online learning and it’s in Australian time so today is 10.15-7.30pm ????- long day. Silver lining I can get up and walk around,sit in the sun, do some stretches or laze on my bed all while learning! Have a great Sunday Regards Leanne ????????????????????
