As an experienced and dedicated Pelvic Health Physiotherapist I am passionate about empowering and enhancing the pelvic well-being of all.  I believe that proactive prevention in pregnancy is a crucial missing piece in addressing pelvic floor issues and I am dedicated to filling this gap.

Recognising that many people wish they had learnt more about preparing and caring for their pelvic floor and core during pregnancy, I have created an evidence-based masterclass to address this knowledge gap helping you to optimise these aspects during and after pregnancy.  

This masterclass is split over 2 evenings to help you digest information and cover as many topics as possible and we offer a repeat attendance via Zoom if there is a second masterclass before your due date.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - In Person & Live Zoom (NZ Only)

Why terms & conditions?  This is to set clear expectations around registration, confirmation, fees, and cancellations.

Acceptance of terms & conditions:  By completing the registration and forwarding details to Inside Out Physiotherapy for the Masterclass, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below.

Registration: 

• All Masterclasses are booked with registration details filled out at the time of booking online.

• Payment is required at time of registration.

• Available for New Zealand only.  Must be residing in New Zealand.

Confirmation, Fees and Payment: 

• An Early Bird fee of $90 per person is offered until 21st April 2025 and Full Cost $120 per person until 31st April 2025. 

• Registration and payment confirms your place.

• Last registration and payment is 24 hrs prior to class commencement.  No registrations will be accepted after this time.

• All prices are in NZ$ and include GST.         

Cancellation Policy: 

• Inside Out Physiotherapy reserves the right to cancel any masterclass.  If cancelled the event will be rescheduled.  If this is not suitable for you to attend a full refund of masterclass fees will be given. Inside Out Physiotherapy will not be held responsible for any additional costs.

• Masterclasses affected by circumstances outside of the control of Inside Out Physiotherapy (eg Covid level change) will be converted to online Zoom workshops on the same dates and times. You will be notified and provided a link.

• If you are unwell, please do not attend - attendance will be converted to an online format where you attend the ‘in person’ class via Zoom.  A laptop will be placed within the vicinity so that you are able to see slides.  Please be aware the class presenter may not always be visible throughout.  If you are not able to attend on Zoom you may transfer to another class or appointment in clinic within the next 3 months. 

Cancellation fees:

Why is there a fee? This is to cover the administration time we have invested securing your place and arranging refunds or transfers.  If it is a late cancellation or transfer, this may affect our availability on the course you transfer to, and potential to fill your space on the cancelled masterclass.

• A $20 administration fee will be charged for bookings cancelled or transferred to another date by you up to 7 days before the masterclass.

• A $50 cancellation/administration fee will be charged for bookings cancelled or transferred to another date by you in the 5 days before the masterclass.

• No refunds will be given for bookings cancelled by you 48 hours before the workshop or non-attendance. 

• Part attendance – No refund will be given.  If you are unwell and unable to attend in person you may attend on zoom. 

• If the masterclass is converted to Zoom due to circumstances out of Inside Out Physiotherapy’s control and you are unable to attend in an online format e.g. poor internet connection your full payment will be transferred to a future masterclass.  If you choose to cancel at this point you will receive a part refund - a $50 fee will apply and be subtracted from your original payment prior to refund.
