The Wiesner Incontinence Clamp is made of a plastic frame and two medical-grade silicone rubber pads that will not absorb liquid. Simply wash the clamp by hand using mild soap and warm water and dry it with a towel or let it air-dry. Your clamp can be used again immediately.
Size: 3 inches long, 1.5 inches wide and .5 inches thick, with a hollow plastic construction, making it extremely lightweight and comfortable.
Male Incontinence Care. Our design team has done extensive analysis of the penis anatomy in order to produce an incontinence clamp that is both effective and comfortable. The raised portion on the bottom part of the clamp applies pressure to the urethra, controlling the flow of urine, while the top part of the clamp is designed to release pressure, allowing correct blood circulation and ensuring maximum comfort.
When the clamp has been placed in the right position and comfortably fastened, you will become unaware of its presence.
Fully adjustable. The latching mechanism has 4 different levels so you can achieve the right amount of pressure to prevent urine leakage without causing discomfort
How to use:
Open the incontinence clam by releasing the catch and lifting up the top part.
Place your penis between the silicone rubber pads with the incontinence clamp about halfway down the shaft of your penis.
Latch the incontinence clamp to compress the urethra at the level that’s comfortable to you.
